  • An understanding of how a coaching approach can be used in different situations.
  • A simple but powerful coaching model that is tried and tested and easy to use.
  • More effective target setting for others
  • Practical opportunities to practice the new skills.
  • Time to develop a personal Action Plan to take back to the work place.

One to One Performance Coaching

One to one coaching can be an ideal personal development option for the following:

  • Retirement or redundancy
  • Maternity leave

One to one coaching sessions can each last up to three hours or be as short as one hour. The number of sessions is agreed with each new client, depending on personal requirements.

All one to one coaching is carried out by trained coaches under a total confidentiality agreement.

£100 per hour (minium half day rate - £300 if more than one hour away)

Investment:
1 Trainer required. £600 plus VAT, plus expenses.
This includes a buffet lunch.
Maximum of 8 people on the course.
