Managing High & Low Performers
Are your employees performing at their peak level?
Could they be more effective – even if they are amongst your best people?
Employees tend to perform in one of three categories:
- High Performer
- The Rest.
- Low Performer
In the normal distribution curve, those at the top and bottom tend to attract the most notice – they require special attention so that they are not or do not develop into ‘a problem’.
By being able to identify where individuals fall and manage them in a timely, professional and appropriate manner, they, their team and you their manager will all start and continue to perform more effectively to help deliver your company’s short and longer term goals.
By being able to better manage your team members, this will result in:
- More engaged employees
- Everyone in the team pulling in the right direction
- More motivated individuals
